Plan a successful initial rollout. This includes operational things like adding our domain to your safe senders list, sending clear signup instructions to your lawyers, and having Hotshot present to relevant practice groups and committees (e.g., education, training, and associate committees). Incorporate Hotshot into your firm’s live training programs. Most of our customers run their own training programs – which is great. After all, the best people to train your lawyers are your lawyers. But we help firms do it better. By incorporating Hotshot content into internal programs firms can reduce partner prep time, turn lectures into interactive programs, and allow partners and associates to focus on firm-specific practices. Our Training Guides help firms put this into practice, and come with hypos, discussion questions, and instructions for presenters and attendees.

Use Hotshot to create customized self-paced learning tracks. We work with firms to help them set up curated Hotshot course lists that let lawyers learn at their own pace. Firms use these custom learning tracks to complement onboarding programs, departmental training programs, summer associate training programs, and more.

Promote Hotshot as a way to earn CLE. We offer dozens of learning tracks that are accredited in nearly all MCLE jurisdictions. Hotshot CLE Tracks give lawyers the best of both worlds – short videos designed for learning that also offer CLE. You can access our CLE tracks here.

Encourage lawyers to use Hotshot as an on-demand learning resource so that your lawyers know that they can turn to Hotshot for help whenever and wherever they may need it.
