Integrating with CE Manager

Hotshot and CE Manager’s integration automates Hotshot CLE compliance tracking in your CE Manager account. This article covers steps for setting up the integration and key terms.

Setting up the Integration

Configuring the integration only takes a few easy steps.

  1. Send Hotshot the following information. You'll need to request items c-e from your CE Manager account representative because, for security reasons, Litera cannot share this information with Hotshot directly.
    1. Have you manually added Hotshot CLE records to CE Manager?
    2. What is your CE Manager Token URL?
    3. What is your CE Manager Client ID?
    4. What is your CE Manager Client secret?
    5. What is your CE Manager API base URL?
  1. Once you receive the requested account details from Litera, forward them to your organization’s customer success manager.
  2. Hotshot will take care of the rest!

If you have been manually uploading Hotshot CLE certificates to your CE Manager account, we will take measures to avoid duplication of past records that you’ve already added to your account.

Key Terms

Hotshot and CE Manager use slightly different terms for CLE records and objects. Use the table below to familiarize yourself with these definitions.
