Is Hotshot's CA CLE Credit Participatory of Self-Study?

Hotshot's CA CLE credits are participatory. We track each individual's participation, completion time and date, and issue certificates so it is considered participatory by the state.  

Self study programs in California are not issued certificates or tracked by a CLE sponsor.
