Do we need to do any technical setup before we roll out to users?

Hotshot is built on a new platform using modern web technologies, so as long as you’re using a current web browser (desktop or mobile) things should work well. Please let us know if you see any glitches.

Occasionally we have to work with your IT team to make sure Hotshot emails aren’t being blocked by your email spam filters – just ask them to add our email domain to the safe-sender list.
