They’re actors. When we started Hotshot, half the people we talked to said “you have to have lawyers on camera” and the other half said, “please don’t put lawyers on camera!” We tested both approaches, and people much preferred the actors. So we decided to have expert lawyers write the scripts, and expert presenters present the scripts.
